He received a doctorate in linguistics from Damascus University in 2012,
and a master's degree in linguistics from Cairo University in 2008. He worked
as a linguist in the Doha Historical Dictionary of the Arabic Language, and an
assistant professor at Ataturk University in Turkey 2012-2015. He participated
in the program for teaching Arabic to non-native speakers within the project
(AtademiX 2014) at the same university. And a lecturer at the Higher Sham
Institute in Damascus 2010-2012, and at the International Institute for
Teaching Arabic to Non-Native Speakers in Damascus 2009-2010. He has a number
of publications and research in the field of specialized lexicography and
teaching Arabic to non-native speakers.
