He holds a PhD of Arabic language arts and sciences from the Iraqi University of Baghdad 2005, a master's degree from the University of Baghdad in 2002, and received a post-doctoral grant to continue post-doctoral research from the University of Malaya in 2009. He started as an assistant teacher at the University College of Knowledge in Iraq to 2004, then as a teacher at the University of Anbar in Iraq to 2006, a lecturer at Sultan Azlan Shah University College in Malaysia until 2009, and a senior lecturer at the University of Malaya in Malaysia until 2014. He supervised many master's and doctoral theses, and discussed others in Malaysian universities. He has a number of printed books, published research, and various scientific and academic contributions in several countries.
