The Scientific Council of the Doha Historical Dictionary of Arabic will hold its fifteenth meeting remotely using Webex technology, on December 28, 2020.
The agenda includes the ratification of the minutes of the 14th meeting, the presentation of the Executive board’s report on the progress of work in the Dictionary and the achievements made; a report on the first part of the Open Bibliography, the report of the Sources Committee, and a report on the progress of work in approving the edited entries of the Dictionary.
The Scientific Council will discuss the criteria for selecting sources for the Open Bibliography, and prospects for working in the dictionary.
